Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your electronics in the original manufacturer's box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your device for functionality and condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
